1. Ordering. To order items from the website you will follow the ordering procedure set out on the ordering pages of our website.
1.1 The submission of your order on our website is an offer to buy from us. There will be no contract between you and us until payment has been made in full by you and we have sent an e-mail confirming your order to you. At any point prior to the sending of the e-mail confirmation to you we may decline your offer and any money paid by you will be returned to you.
1.2 As a buyer on this site you are responsible for understanding our terms & conditions and abiding by them. Me, Myself & I makes every effort to adhere to the e-commerce laws and regulations as laid out by the British Government and ensure a positive shopping experience. If you feel that these aims have not been met, then please contact us. Buyers are expressly forbidden from committing to purchase an item and then failing to pay for it. If a buyer is importing the product they purchased then they are liable for any import duties or taxes payable. Me, Myself & I will view any purchases made from a Buyers account to be a legally binding agreement to purchase the said item, upon completion of the online payment form. Therefore we maintain that you are solely responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your account and password as well as for restricting access to your computer, in order to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe that your account details may have been compromised then please contact us immediately.
1.3 Buyers must ensure that all of their details are up-to-date prior to completing the purchase of any item. If contact is made by either the Designer or Purchaser then Me, Myself & I must be informed.
1.4 Me, Myself & I will not be held accountable for designers failure to meet with government regulations. Me, Myself & I cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of a material or personal nature through the use of the site. Me, Myself & I reserves the right to cancel orders, refuse access to our website, terminate accounts and alter content at our own discretion.
1.5 If an item is out of stock or no longer available we will e mail you with more details.
2. Price. 2.1 The price payable for the items you order is the price stated on the website at the time you place your order and will be confirmed to you during the ordering process. We may change the price of any item at any time before you place your order.
2.2 We try to ensure that the prices displayed on the website are correct and accurate. In the event of a pricing error and where the correct price for an item is higher than that stated on the website or your order we shall notify you of such and you may cancel the order and decide whether to reorder the item at the correct price.
2.3 All prices indicated for Items available via the Website are inclusive of V.A.T (where applicable) at the current rate and are quoted in £ pounds sterling. We are not responsible for slight changes in final purchase price due to daily changes in the currency exchange rate throughout the EU and rest of the world. Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply.

3. Delivery. 3.1 All of our items are shipped through Royal Mail using either their recorded delivery or special delivery services. This is determined by the size of the item. All items need to be signed for by the buyer, in order to ensure effective delivery.
3.2 Delivery costs are on each item listing and are for delivery within mainland UK only, for all other locations please contact info@me-myselfandi.co.uk.
3.3 Delivery costs are to be paid, in full, by the purchaser unless otherwise agreed. This cost will be added to the cost of your purchase and you will have the opportunity to fully view it prior to any agreement. Delivery times are a guideline only and should be treated as such.
4. Returns Policy. We seek to encourage all designers to abide by government returns policies. We cannot however be held liable for their failure to comply with them. For additional information on a designers listing please see their listings. All returns must be paid for at the expense of the Buyer.
4.1 All the below criteria must be met to enable us to issue you with a refund:
- You will need to notify Me, Myself & I within 48 hours of receiving the goods if you wish to return them please email: returns@me-myselfandi.co.uk.
- The email should contain your full name, address, contact number, who you would like the cheque payable to and problem or reason for the return, with the item(s) description/name and price in question.
- We will then email you a document which will include two parts. An address to send the goods back to which should be printed and stuck onto the box and a second document which should be packed with the goods.
- The goods should be packed back into their original packaging and returned to us in the same state they were delivered. Purchasers must ensure that they package items and are posted effectively, in order to protect them from damage. We must receive the returned item with 7 days of you receiving your returns document.
- The security tag where applicable should not be removed or tampered with at any point. If the item is returned to us with the security tag misplaced from the item or looks like it has been tampered with then you may not be issued with a refund or exchange.
- The items must not have any marks which may have been caused by make up, deodorant, perfume / aftershave, hairspray, water or anything else which could damage the goods.
4.2 The customer will be liable for all costs incurred in sending the goods back. We also recommended you send the goods recorded delivery, if you do not and the goods are lost in transit then we may not be able to issue you with a refund.
4.3 All items are your responsibility until they have been signed for.
4.4 A full refund will be issued once Me, Myself and I Ltd have received the goods back from the customer. This may take up to 15 working days and may take a further 2-3 days to show in your account due to banking systems.
4.5 All refunds will be issued back onto the card used to purchased the item(s). For security reasons we are unable to offer any other form of refund.
4.6 Any items which are bought from our vintage section are non-refundable.
4.7 Earrings are non-refundable unless damaged in transit. Please follow the returns procedure in this event.
4.8 Knickers are non-refundable unless damaged in transit. Please follow the returns procedure in this event.
4.9 You may also be asked to take a photo of the item / damage to the item and email this to us before a returns number is issued.
4.10 All eligible items are refundable or exchangeable unless otherwise stated on the items / designers product details page. (earrings, knickers, vintage and bespoke items are not refundable).
4.11 If an item is sent incorrectly by Me, Myself & I Ltd the customer will not be liable for extra shipping costs.
4.12 Bespoke items are non refundable as these have been made to your specifications.
4.13 Certain made to order items are non-refundable, please see individual items for details.
Me, Myself and I Limited reserves the rights to refunds.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy
5. Complaints. 5.1 We are sorry to hear that you have a complaint about your experience with Me, Myself & I. If it is in relation to an individual designer, then we would recommend you contact us directly on feedback@me-myselfandi.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
5.2 If for whatever reason you have a disagreement with one or more of our designers then we firstly invite you to contact us in order to discuss the matter; however we are under no legal obligation to be involved. You therefore agree to release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
6. Liability. 6.1 Me, Myself & I Ltd are not to be held responsible for other users actions or inactions.
6.2 We do not have control over, are unable to guarantee and you will not hold us responsible for; - The quality, safety or legality of any items listed; - The truth or accuracy of listings; - The ability of designers to sell items; - The delivery of items or their return; - The ability of buyers to pay for items; - Any external links to this site; - The use or inability to use this site; - Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data; or - Statement or conduct of any third party on the site or service. Furthermore we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of a material or personal nature through the use of the site.
6.3 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or the negligence of our servants, agents or employees. Subject to the foregoing, we will not be liable for any economic losses (including, without limitation, loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings), any loss of goodwill or reputation, or any special, indirect or consequential damage arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. We also have no liability of any sort (including liability for negligence) for acts or omissions of other providers of telecommunication services or for faults in or failures of their networks and equipment. 7. Service access. 7.1 While we endeavour to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
7.2 Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

9.2 Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.

9.4 We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.
