Delivery Policy: Each item is indicated with approximate shipping times as many items are made to order. We endeavour to deliver well within these time frames. Each item is individually priced for postage and packaging costs within the UK.
All items will be sent by Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service or Special Delivery depending on the item within the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
A signature will be required upon delivery.
If any item is out of stock when you purchase it, we will notify you.
All UK mainland orders are currently free delivery.
Additional charges may apply for shipping outside of the UK mainland which will be requested prior to your order being shipped.

Returns Policy: We are happy to exchange or refund any item of your order if you are not entirely satisfied. All the below criteria must be met to enable us to issue you with a refund or exchange:
You will need to notify Me, Myself & I within 48 hours of receiving the goods if you wish to return them please email: returns@me-myselfandi.co.uk.
The email should contain your full name, address, contact number and problem or reason for the return, with the item(s) description/name and price paid.
We will then email you a document which will include two parts. An address to send the goods back to which should be printed and stuck onto the box and a second document which should be packed in with the goods.
The goods should be packed back into their original packaging and returned to us in the same state they were delivered. Purchasers must ensure that they package items and are posted effectively, in order to protect them from damage.
The security tag where applicable should not be removed or tampered with at any point. If the item is returned to us with the security tag misplaced from the item or looks like it has been tampered with then you may not be issued with a refund or exchange.
The items must not have any marks which may have been caused by make up, deodorant, perfume / aftershave, hairspray, water or anything else which could damage the goods.
The customer will be liable for all costs incurred in sending the goods back. We also recommend you send the goods recorded delivery along with appropriate insurance to cover the cost of the item, if you do not and the goods are lost or further damaged in transit then we may not be able to issue you with a refund / exchange.
All items are your responsibility until they have been signed for.
A full refund will be issued once Me, Myself and I Ltd have received the goods back from the customer. This may take up to 15 working days and may take a further 2-3 days to show in your account due to banking systems.
All refunds will be issued in the form of payment used to purchase the goods.
Certain items are non-refundable unless damaged in transit. Please follow the returns procedure in this event. (please refer to our terms and conditions for further details).
You may also be asked to take a photo of the item / damage to the item and email this to us before a returns document is issued.
All eligible items are refundable or exchangeable unless otherwise stated on the items/designers product details page. (earrings, knickers, vintage and bespoke items are not refundable).
If an item is sent incorrectly by Me, Myself & I Ltd the customer will not be liable for extra shipping costs.

Please note that we are unable to refund an item if you have not informed us prior to returning it. Returns are not accepted on items returned outside of the refund period date.
Clothing: - When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a mark or scent.
Jewellery: - Store the item in a non-abrasive box or pouch to avoid scratches, always handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary pressure. Avoid contact with perfume, hairsprays, deodorant or water.
Me, Myself and I Limited reserves the rights to refunds.
