British women's wear designer, Kate Tailyour is announced as one of the finalists for UK Young Fashion Entrepreneur award 09 and will now travel with the other 5 finalists on an Industry tour of India with the British Council. Her collections continue to grow and excite, maintaining her status as one to watch from the best of Britain's new designers. The six finalists have now been selected as shortlisted finalists for the UKYFE 09 award. The six will travel to India in early December for an industry tour, which will visit Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai. In the course of that two week tour our finalists will meet industry leaders and their peers in the Indian industry. They will learn about the industry's infrastructure and the nature of and trends within the market. On their return from India the finalists will be interviewed again, in early January, and a winner selected. The winner will be announced at an award ceremony at London Fashion Week in early February 2009.
